Town business, utilities, trash, and the meeting calendar run through the Town of DeMotte.
Schools are Kankakee Valley School Corporation — DeMotte Elementary in town, with Kankakee Valley Middle School and Kankakee Valley High School serving the district. Confirm the assigned school for the exact parcel with the district before you write an offer; rural boundaries are not what a listing remark says they are, and a DeMotte mailing address does not automatically mean the school you assumed.
