Very disappointing experience with the estate sale listed by CJ Fremouw. We reached an agreement on several items and placed them in the designated hold area while we continued shopping. Later, one of the people working the estate sale came over, pointed to one of our items, and specifically asked whether we had already made a deal on it. We answered yes. Despite knowing that an agreement had already been made, they insisted on taking the item from our hold pile because another customer had offered more for it. They knowingly broke the agreement that had already been made. The person who made the original deal with us was nowhere to be found afterward, and no one from CJ Fremouw’s team was willing to honor the agreement or provide a proper explanation. Please be cautious when dealing with CJ Fremouw and her team. Integrity and trust matter in any business. If an agreement at an estate sale can be broken simply because someone else offers more, it raises serious concerns about professionalism and reliability.
